Whilst the official guidance states ‘only get a Covid-19 test if you or child has symptoms’, our experience is that there could be a chance that your child might be positive for Covid, but does not show any symptoms, they are asymptomatic.

If an adult in your household tests positive, and your child has been in close contact, can you get your child tested, possibly at the same time as you.

We need to know if a child has been in school and possibly passing the virus on, a test will confirm if your child was infectious. We can then put plans in place to ensure the safety of everyone else in that ‘bubble’.

Thank you for your support with this,
