Sports relief Week


17 March 2018

Students will need to have footwear suitable for physical activity (trainers are best) and their water bottles in school. On Wednesday, students will need to come to school in their running kits. However, for the rest of the week, there is no need for them to come into school in PE kit but girls may want to change out of skirts before they do each challenge. 

Students have been given a sponsorship form for students to raise money in return for their efforts. Please ask them to return sponsorship forms and any money raised to school by Thursday 29th March.

MULTI-SKILLS MONDAY

Six multi-skills stations will be set up in the hall with instructions at each. 

SKIP-A-THON TUESDAY

Skipping Ropes will be in the hall but you can choose how you use them!

MOVE-A-MILE WEDNESDAY

A mile will be marked out. Students can choose how they complete the mile.

BOOGIE THURSDAY

Mrs Plumridge will lead 15 minutes of Disco Aerobics for each class.

FOOTIE FRIDAY

Weather permitting, this will be outside. As long as it is football-based, students can choose how they spend their 15 minutes e.g. football matches, Beat the Goalie, slalom dribbling etc.
